摘要
利用锥形量热-傅里叶变换红外光谱联用仪研究硬质聚氨酯泡沫在不同辐照强度下的潜在火灾危险性。锥形量热仪的研究结果表明:硬质聚氨酯泡沫存在较大的潜在火灾热危险性,且其火灾热危险性随辐照强度的增大而增大。生烟量和有毒气体成分及浓度的结果表明:硬质聚氨酯泡沫存在较大的潜在火灾烟气危险性,并且其火灾烟气危险性随辐照强度而增大。硬质聚氨酯泡沫有较强的潜在火灾危险性,并且火灾危险性随辐照强度的增大而增大。
The potential fire risk of rigid polyurethane foam at different heat fluxes was studied by cone calorimeter coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results of cone calorimeter showed that the heat risk of rigid polyurethane foam is very high,and increases with the increase of heat fluxes.The analysis of smoke and toxicity gases indicates that the fire effluents hazard of fire effluents of rigid polyurethane foam is very large,and increases with the increase of heat fluxes.It is clear that the potential fire risk of rigid polyurethane foam is very high,and increases with the increase of heat fluxes.
