胃癌中ERK-1、VEGF的表达及相关性分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨ERK-1、VEGF两种蛋白在胃癌组织中表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用组织芯片技术和微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测60例胃癌组织中ERK-1、VEGF蛋白的表达情况,并与42例正常胃粘膜组织进行比较。结果癌组织中ERK-1、VEGF蛋白表达均定位于细胞浆,阳性率分别为81.67%(49/60例)和80.00%(48/60例),其表达均明显高于正常胃粘膜组织(P<0.05),肿瘤血管内皮细胞也有部分VEGF表达。ERK-1和VEGF蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及病理分期有关(P<0.05),两者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。在胃癌组织中,ERK-1和VEGF蛋白的表达呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 ERK-1和VEGF两者在胃癌呈高表达,且在胃癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起到一定的作用。 Objective To determine the expression of ERK and VEGF in the gastric carcinoma and its significance. Methods In 60 cases of gastric carcinoma, 40 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected in ERK and VEGF by microwave EliVisionTM. Results The expression of ERK and VEGF was located in the nucleus and plasma. The positive rate were 81.67% (49/60), 80.00% (48/60) respectively which were higher than that in the normal tissue(P〈0.05). ERK and VEGF were related with lymph nodemetastasis, differentiation degree and pathological staging (P〈0.05). It was positive correlation between them (P〈0. 05). Conclusion ERK and VEGF were highly expressed in the gastric carcinoma and their expressions were related with gastric carcinoma development and metastasis.
