多巴胺药液外渗致肾脏疾病患儿局部皮肤损伤的护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多巴胺药液外渗而导致肾脏疾病患儿皮肤损伤的护理措施。方法将156例静脉使用多巴胺治疗的肾脏疾病患儿随机分为实验组与对照组各78例,在临床治疗的同时,对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用整体护理方法,并随时观察、及时更换静脉通路等措施,同时比较两组患儿的皮肤情况。结果共有40例患儿出现皮肤改变,实验组局部皮肤出现改变的仅2例;对照组局部皮肤出现不同程度改变的38例,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论防止多巴胺药液外渗引起的皮肤损伤,重在预防,加强观察,及时处理。 Objective To explore the nursing interventions of skin injury in renal disease children caused by dopamine permeation. Methods 156 Kidney disease children who received dopamine treatment were recruited in our study from Jan 2011 to Dee 2011. They were randomly separated into experimental and control group. The routine nursing care was employed in control group. However, holistic nursing care, which means careful observation and in time renew of venous access, was adopted in experimental group. Meanwhile, the skin damage were assessed between these two groups. Results 40 out of 156 children got skin wound during dopamine transfusion. There were only 2 in experiment group but 38 in control group. And the differences were significant between these two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Indispensable prevention, careful observation and prompt intervention were necessary for the avoidance of skin injury caused by dopamine leakage.
