摘要
全面介绍了交通运输行业部、省两级的环境监测发展现状,分析了存在的问题,在此基础上论述了建设交通运输行业环境监测网络的必要性和可行性。
This paper introduced the present situation of environmental monitoring development from the transportation ministry and provincial level,analyzed the existing problems,then discussed the necessity and feasibility of building transportation industry environmental monitoring network.
