Determination of total selenium in soil by the sequence injection hydride generation atom fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的土壤样品经超声波辅助、硝酸-高氯酸消解后,用顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中总硒。方法对仪器工作参数进行了优化,考察了载流酸度、硼氢化钾浓度对荧光强度的影响。以10g/L硼氢化钾-5g/L氢氧化钾为还原剂,以5%的盐酸作载流,用HG-AFS法测定土壤中总硒的含量。结果总硒的浓度在0~20μg/L时呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,方法的检出限为0.025μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.76%,平均回收率为94.8%~98.5%。结论该法简单、灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于土壤中总硒的测定。 Objective To establish a method for determination of total selenium of soil samples by sequence injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(SI-HG-AFS).Methods Ultrasonic treatment for 30 min was adopted in the HNO3-HClO4 acid digestion of soil samples.The working conditions of the instrument were optimized.The influences of the acidities of carrier solution and the amount of potassium borohydride on the fluorescence intensity were studied.Under the optimum conditions,with 10g/L-5g/L potassium hydroxide potassium borohydride as reducing agent and 5% hydrochloric acid as the carrier flow,total selenium in soil were determinated.Results When the concentration of selenium was 0~20μg/L,it has linear relationship with fluorescence intensity,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,the detection limit was 0.025μ g/l,the relative standard derivation was 0.76%,the average recovery rate was 94.8%~98.5%.Conclusions This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and suitable to the determination of total selenium in soils.
