摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,在人们生活水平不断提高的同时,我国教育的教育改革也不断深入,尤其是高等教育的深化改革及大规模扩招,致使班级数量递增,各班级人数不断增加,这直接导致班级管理者的缺乏。因此,学生班主任对做好新生的教育管理工作有很深远的意义,缓解了学生工作辅导员与学生比例的参差不齐,培养学生的责任感、服务意识和思维模式等。同时,需要学校方方面面的通力合作,以探寻提高大学新生教育管理工作水平和创新途径。
With the rapid development of China＇ s economy and the improvement of people＇s living standard, education reform is also deepening, but there are not enough class managers with the expansion of higher education enrollment. Therefore, student head teacher system is of profound significance to education management, and it can also cultivate senior grade students＇ re- sponsibility and service consciousness.
