摘要
本文实证分析了中国特色的农民合作社的变异现象。研究结果表明,变异已经成为中国农民合作社发展初级阶段的突出特征。合作社的主流形态呈现所有者和业务相关者同一的特征,成员关系从具有共同信仰、联合行动的有机体走向非零和博弈的业务相关者的联盟。相应地,合作社内部治理也由民主控制走向大股东控制;合作社领办人则由自利的农村精英取代具有合作精神的企业家;合作文化由互助走向互惠。
Through empirical analysis,the paper indicated that 'variation' has become a prominent feature in the initial stage of Chinese farmer's cooperatives development.The mainstream of the Chinese farmers cooperatives form has gone to 'owner-business stakeholders' members.Membership from users' organisms with a common belief,joint collective action towards non-zero-sum business stakeholder alliances;Cooperatives governance from democratic control to big shareholder control;Cooperatives founders have been from the entrepreneurs with spirit of cooperation of by self-interested,replaced by the various elite of entrepreneurial;and cooperative culture from the mutual aid to the mutually beneficial cooperation.
