摘要
对于骨科临床研究生而言,最终要成为骨科的临床医生,主要工作是临床医疗,因此,骨科临床研究生的临床工作技能就是基础的和根本的培养目标。如何更好地实现这一目标,是需要我们临床学院的导师们和管理机构需要重视和研究的课题。通过多年的研究生教学工作,结合研究生教学与骨科临床医生成长的特殊性,要实现骨科研究生的临床技能培养目标,需要做好三个层面的培训工作:由于骨科临床的特殊性、患者的生物整体性、疾病的社会学,需要根据骨科特点,依病种通过循证医学模式开展临床诊疗路径的学习;强化个体人为由多系统多脏器所组成的一个整体的全系统观念;树立社会人的意识,重视人文素质教育,和谐医患关系,提高疾病疗效的社会价值。总之,骨科研究生的临床技能培养是严峻的必须迎接的挑战,需要通过立足于针对骨科伤病特点的理论联系实践的学习,强化人体整体性的意识,还必须加强相关人文科学的教育,只有这样,才可能培养基础扎实、有发展前途的骨科医生后备人才。
For the orthopedic clinical graduate students eventually to become the orthopedic clinicians, the clinical skills based the fundamental training objectives. How better to achieve this goal is the need and research topics of our clinical College tutors and management institutions. To achieve the goal of the clinical skills training of the orthopedic postgraduates,three aspects need to be paid attention. They are the particularity of the orthopedic clinic, the patient's biological overall, and sociology of the disease. Accordingly to the orthopedic characteristics, it is needed train the graduated students according to the disease through evidence - based medical model to carry out the clinical diagnosis and treatment path, to strengthen individual human by the multi- system and multi - organ composed of an overall concept of system- wide,to establish a social person awareness and emphasis on humanistic quality education,the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients to improve the social value of the efficacy of disease. In short, the orthopedic postgraduate clinical skills training culture severe challenges that must be met, based on the theoretical characteristics for orthopedic injuries associated practice learning,and strengthen the integrity of the human body's awareness must also strengthen humanities education, only In this way, only the potential to foster a solid foundation, reserve talents of promising orthopedic surgeon.
