摘要
平均分子量和平均聚合度以及自由基聚合微观动力学等教学内容是《聚合反应工程》课程的重要内容,笔者针对平均分子量和平均聚合度以及自由基聚合微观动力学教学中的疑难问题进行了分析和推导。结果表明,在平均分子量和平均聚合度这一知识点中,数均分子量是一条主线,在引出其公式之后,可仿此公式得出重均分子量的公式。依据平均分子量、平均聚合度以及单体分子量三者之间的关系式可得出平均聚合度的公式;在自由基聚合微观反应动力学这一知识点中,主要解决了引发和终止反应速率方程中的系数问题以及链增长反应自由基总浓度的问题。
Average molecular weight, average degree of polymerization and free radical polymerization microscopic dynamics are the important content in the polymerization reaction engineering course. Problems of the average molecular weight, average degree of polymerization and free radical polymerization microscopic dynamics were analyzed and derived. The results show that the number average molecular weight is a main line about knowledge points of average molecular weight and average polymerization degree. After the formula was derived, the weight- average molecular weight fornmla can be imitated. The average degree of polymerization formula can be concluded according to relationship of the average molecular weight, molecular weight of monomer and average degree polymerization. In the knowledge points of free radical polymerization microscopic reaction kinetics, the coefficient of the initiation and termination reaction rate equation, and total concentration of free radical in chain propagation reaction were mainly solved.
