摘要
采用原位乳液聚合法,用十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)作掺杂剂和乳化剂,苯胺(AN)在聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)中聚合形成DBSA掺杂的纳米聚苯胺(PANI-DBSA)。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、四探针电导率测试仪、差热分析和粒径分析对PANI-DBSA进行了结构表征和粒径测定。结果表明:当AN为0.02mol,PUA为二甲苯(xylene)的20wt%,DBSA为总质量的13wt%,过硫酸铵为0.80mol/L,反应时间为6h,所得PANI-DBSA的电导率最大,达66.75S/m,相应的平均粒径为161nm。
Nano PANI-DBSA/PUA composites particle via in-situ emulsion polymerization in PUA which was dissolved in xylene, u- sing DBSA as emulsifier and doping agent. The PAN-DBSA/PUA composite were characterized by FT-IR, transmission electron mi- croscopy( TEM ), four-probe conductivity tester, TG and particle size analysis. The results showed that: When the AN is 0. 02mol, the PUA/xylene is 20wt%, 13wt% of the total mass of the DBSA, ammonium porsu]fate to 0. 80 mol/L, the reaction time of 6h, the conductivity of the resulting PANI-DBSA largest 66. 75S/re,the corresponding average particle diameter of 161nm.
