摘要
面对日益恶化的环境和石油资源的枯竭,使得作为清洁能源应用典型的CNG气瓶的使用逐年增加,CNG汽车在国内逐渐推广使用。CNG-2气瓶由于其质量轻、强度高和安全可靠等优点得到了广泛的应用。使用过程中,CNG气瓶也出现了一些故障和爆炸事故,从而导致气瓶的安全分析和研究越来越受到关注。而自紧则是对气瓶安全的第一道防线,如何选择合适的自紧压力成为重中之重。本文以CNG-2气瓶为研究对象,以ANSYS为分析工具,详细说明了自紧压力的优化过程。
Facing the deteriorating environment and the depletion of oil resources, as a typical application of the clean energy, the use of CNG cylinders increase year by year, and CNG vehicles are used more widely gradually in the country. CNG-2 cylinders are made up of the metal liner and the outer layer of high strength fiber reinforced composite material composition. They have been widely used because of their light weight, high strength and safety and reliability. In the process of using, it appears some failures and explosion, which results in more and more at- tention to the safety analysis and research into cylinders. This paper takes CNG-2 cylinders as the research object, describes the optimization process of the auto-frottage pressure using ANSYS.
