摘要
通过对真空镀铝纸与复合铝纸的重金属、挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)测试比对,分析真空镀铝纸的安全性,为应用真空镀铝纸提供更广阔的空间。结果表明:真空镀铝纸与复合铝纸的重金属、VOCs均符合标准要求;真空镀铝(转移)纸重金属明显低于复合铝纸,尤其真空镀铝纸Ni金属较复合铝纸低很多;非印刷型真空镀铝纸VOCs与复合铝纸相当,印刷型真空镀铝纸VOCs中酮类与酯类较复合铝纸明显低;结合环保、能源节约、安全等方面考虑,真空镀铝纸均要好于复合纸。
In order that application of the vacuum metaUization paper was provided wider room, Heavy metal and VOCs in vacuum metallization paper were measured and compared, and analysis on safety of the vacuum metallization paper. The results showed that heavy metal and VOCs in the vacuum metallization paper and the composite aluminum paper conform to the standard, heavy metal of the vacuum metallization (transfer) paper was obviously lower than the composite aluminum paper especially is Ni, VOCs of the vacuum metallization paper (non printing)match with the composite aluminum paper, ketones and esters of the vacuum metallization paper (printing) were Obviously lower than the composite aluminum paper, Combining with environmental protection ,energy saving, safety etc, the vacuum metallization paper was better than t the composite aluminum paper.
