摘要
当前,我国社会发展进入矛盾凸现期,学校发展面临许多深层次的矛盾,而我国教育法制建设速度相对滞后,这就给依法治校提出了许多新挑战。在当前形势下,贯彻落实《全面推进依法治校实施纲要》,做到依法治校,应该符合有法可依、有章可循、有法告知、有法有人、有法必依、有据可查、有例可参、有功必赏、有怨可诉、有错能纠的"十有"特征。
With the salience of domestic social contradictions, China＇s school development is tacecl Wlth many deep-seated problems. However, China＇s construction of educational legal system relatively lags behind, which puts forward many new challenges for ruling school by law. Under the current situation, the implementation of ＂The Outline for Advancing Ruling School by Law＂ should be consistent with the 10 basic characteristics.
