摘要
目的探讨不同分期老年矽肺患者生命质量、应对方式的差异及两者之间的关系。方法采用简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)和医学应对问卷对127例老年矽肺患者进行问卷调查。结果①方差分析表明不同分期老年矽肺患者的生命质量中生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康差异显著(F=9.688,6.915,9.766,14.859,7.649,4.204,5.086;P<0.05或<0.01);患者应对方式的3个因子面对、回避、屈服均有显著差异(F=5.922,7.736,11.749;P<0.01);②相关分析显示面对与生命质量中的生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力和社会功能因子呈正相关;回避与生命质量中的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力和社会功能因子呈正相关;屈服与生命质量中的各因子均呈负相关。结论老年矽肺患者的生命质量随着疾病临床分期的发展而逐步下降;积极的应对方式有利于患者生命质量的提升。
Objective To explore the life quality and coping style of elderly silicosis patients at different sto.ges,as well as their relationship, Methods A total of 127 elderly silicosis patients were investigated with Short Form 36 Health Survey questionnaire and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Results @There were significant differences in physical functioning,role-physical,bod- ily pain ,vitality,social functioning,role-emotional and mental health of life quality among patients at different stages （F= 9. 688, 6. 915,9. 766,14. 859,7. 649,4. 204,5. 086 ~P〈O. 05or 〈0.01）. There were significant differences in c Qping styles among patients at different stages（F~ 5. 922,7. 736,11. 749 ~P〈O. 01）. @The face factor was positively related to physical functioning,role-phys- ical,general health,vitality and social functioning of life quality. The avoid factor was positively related to physical functioning,role- physical, bodily pain ,general health, vitality and social functioning of life quality： The yield factor was negatively correlated to every factor of life quality. Conclusion With the development of clinical stage,the lit＇e quality of elderly silicosis patients declines. Posi- tive coping sty^eis conducive to the enhancement o{ life quality of patients.
