摘要 目的研究当代大学生宿舍人际关系的基本状况。方法采用自编的大学生宿舍人际关系问卷对某校865名1~4年级大学生进行调查,问卷包括人际亲融性、深度沟通、人际冲突、积极应对、重要性认知5个维度。结果总体上,人际关系正向因子均选择"符合"以上的答案;男女生人际关系各个因子存在显著性差异(t=-4.208,-7.904,2.743,-3.231,-5.279;P<0.01);年级在人际亲融性、深度沟通、积极应对、重要性认知上存在显著性差异(t=3.971,4.068,5.454,6.152;P<0.01);学科在人际亲融性、深度沟通、积极应对、重要性认知上存在显著性差异(t=5.433,10.314,4.161,7.941;P<0.01);班委在积极应对因子上的均分高于非班委,并达到显著性水平(t=2.620,P<0.01)。结论大学生宿舍人际关系良好,男生人际冲突高于女生,大一人际关系好于其他年级。 Objective To study the dormitory interpersonal relationship status of contemporary college students. Methods Questionnaire for College Students Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship was used to investigate 865 college students of grade 1 to 4. Questionnaire included five dimensions:Interpersonal close ,depth communication ,interpersonal conflict ,respond actively and im- portance cognitive. Results Overall ,all choose "meet" answers in the interpersonal relationship positive factors ;There existed sig- nificant gender differences in each factor of interpersonal relationship(t=-4. 208 ,-7. 904,2. 743 ,-3. 231 ,-5. 279 ;P^0. 01) ; There existed significant differences in grade on interpersonal harmony ,deep communication ,actively respond and cognitive of importance (t = 3.971,4. 068,5. 454,6. 152 ; P~ 0.01 ) ; there existed significant differences in discipline on interpersonal harmony, deep com- munication,actively respond and cognitive of importance (t = 5. 433,10. 314,4.161,7. 941;P^0.01 ). The respond actively of class committee was higher than that of the others(t=2. 620,P%0.01). Conclusion Dormitory interpersonal relationship status of col- lege students is good,The boys' interpersonal conflict is higher than that of girls, freshmen's interpersonal relationship is better than that of other grades.
