摘要
目的:了解已婚育龄妇女对妇科病普查的满意情况、需求及其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取佛山西樵镇1 026名已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查。结果:已婚育龄妇女对妇科病普查的满意度为79.61%。认为医生技术和隐私保护需要改进的妇女的比例分别为43.72%和37.96%;77.75%的妇女希望获得妇科病防治知识;66.22%的妇女喜欢妇科和计生检查结合一起的方式;89.02%的妇女认为半年或一年进行一次妇检较合适;79.71%的妇女希望医务人员担任计生工作。Logistic回归分析结果显示,生殖健康关注程度、喜欢妇科检查方式、对政府举办妇检的参与情况和妇科检查间隔时间为满意度的影响因素,其OR值分别为1.784、2.071、5.562、1.630。结论:已婚育龄妇女对妇科病普查的满意度较高,但仍有一些方面未能满足需求。相关部门应采取措施提高医生的技术,普及妇科病防治知识,缩短妇检时间和注重隐私保护等措施,进一步提高妇女对妇科病普查的满意度。
Objective： To understand the satisfaction, demand and influencing factors with the gynecological diseases census of the married child - bearing age women. Methods： A stratified cluster sampling survey was applied to extract 1 026 married women of childbear- ing age in the town of Foshan Xiqiao tower. Results： The satisfaction of the married women~ gynecological diseases census was 79. 61% , 43.72% and 37. 96% of the women thought that the doctors J technology and pr/vacy protection should be improved. 77. 75% of the women hoped to access how to prevent gynecological disease. 66.22% of the women liked gynecological and health examination together. 89. 02% of the women thought six months or a year to conduct a gynecological examination was appropriate. 79. 71% women hoped that medical staff held the family planning work. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of the satisfaction included the degree of the reproductive health~ concern, supported ways of the gynecological examination, the participation of the gynecological examination of the gov- ernment, the time interval of gynecological examination. And the OR was 1. 784, 2. 071, 5. 562 and 1. 630, respectively. Conclusion： Mar- ried women of child - bearing age have high satisfaction on gynecological diseases census, but there are still something failed to meet their needs. The relevant departments should take measures to improve medical technology and universal access to prevention and treatment of gy- necological diseases, shorten the gynecological examination time and pay attention to privacy protection in order to improve the women~ satis- faction on gynecological diseases census and meet their demands.
