摘要
总结了26例重症脑室出血患者的围手术期护理体会,包括术前护理及术后护理。术前护理需做好心理护理、术前准备工作及降颅压的准备,术后护理要注意病情观察、引流液的观察及预防感染。认为正确的护理可预防和减少并发症,有效改善患者的预后。
To summarize the nursing of 26 patients with intraventricular hemorrhage, mainly include preoperative nursing （ psychological care, preoperative preparation,and reduction of intracranial pressure） and postoperative nursing（observation of patientscondition and drainage fluid, infection prevention）. It is proved that right nursing care can prevent and/or reduce complications,effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
