摘要
大学生能否充分就业既与高等教育人才培养质量有关,也与劳动力市场及其供求机制有关。当前人们更多地把大学生就业难问题归责于高等教育,实际上,劳动力市场缺陷可能是更为根本的原因。劳动力市场分割导致大学生人才配置效率偏低,劳动力市场信息机制失灵导致高等教育人才培养价值取向迷失。因此,要实现大学生充分就业,既有赖于高等教育人才培养模式的改革和创新,也有赖于劳动力市场的改革和发展。
Full employment of college graduates is determined by the talents training quality of higher education as well as the mechanism of supply and demand in the labor mar- ket. The difficulty of college graduates employment is attributed to the higher education by the public; in fact, defects of the labor market may be the real fundamental reasons. Labor market segmentation leads to the low rate of college graduates allocation, and the value ori- entation of talents training in higher education is lost due to the failure of the information system of the labor market. Therefore, to promote full employment depends on the reform and innovation of talents training model in higher education, also depends on the reform and development of labor market.
