摘要
目的:观察三仁汤治疗过敏性紫癜(湿浊内蕴型)的疗效。方法:选取确诊为过敏性紫癜(湿浊内蕴型)患者80例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。对照组采用西医常规方法进行治疗,治疗组口服中药三仁汤加减。连续治疗4周,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率77.50%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以三仁汤为基础方进行加减治疗过敏性紫癜(湿浊内蕴型)的疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Sanren Decoction on treating interior accumulation of dampness and turbid al- lergic purpura. Methods： 80 patients randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, 40 eases in each group. The controlled group were treated with routine western medicine, treatment group orally medicated Sanren Decoction. All cases were treated continuously for 4 weeks. Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%, the total effective rate of con- trolled group was 77.50%, the treatment group were better than the controlled group （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of Sanren Decoction on treating allergic purpura is significant.
