摘要
目的:观察中医治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:对85例85只眼中浆患者随机分为两组,治疗组采取中医治疗,对照组采取单纯西医治疗。结果:治愈后随访至少1年,治疗组总有效率97.78%;对照组总有效率82.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变采用中医治疗具有积极意义。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on central serous chorioretion- opathy （CSC）. Methods： 85 patients with CSC were divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group . The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and the control group was treated with western medicine only. Results： All cases were followed up for one year. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.78%, the controlled group was 82. 50%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： CSC can be treated effectively by the method of traditional Chinese medicine.
