摘要
利用2005—2008年中国工业企业微观数据,可研究基础设施建设与企业创新绩效之间的关系。在研究中,为修正样本选择偏差问题,使用了Heckman两步模型。研究发现,四种核心基础设施对企业创新可能性和创新数量均具有显著的促进作用,其中通讯基础设施对创新可能性的影响较突出,而能源基础设施对创新数量的影响最为突出。对于内资企业而言,基础设施对其创新可能性和创新数量均存在显著的正向作用;而对外资企业,基础设施的作用却存在差异性。
In this paper, we use Chinese industrial enterprises microscopic data of 2005--2008 to study the relationship between infrastructure and enterprise innovation performance. In order to correct the sample selection bias problem, we use the Heckman two - step model. The study found that the four core infrastructure have significant role in promoting innovation possibility and innovation quantity. Communications infrastructure to innovation possibility, but the energy infrastructure to innovation quantity have the most prominent impact. Further studies have shown that to innovative possibilities and innovation quantity, infrastructure have significant positive effect on domestic -funded enterprises, but differences on foreign- funded enterprises.
