护理团队的建设是一切护理工作的基础,在护理工作中面对诸多不同人群,如患者、医生,更需要一个良好的护理团队。目的:研究乡镇医院护理团队建设的问题及解决策略。方法:基于本人的工作实践进行研究。结果:护理团队建设存在护理人员缺乏等问题。结论:可以采取加强文化建设、增加护理人员等措施。
