摘要
近年来,我国大学生的就业率逐年走低.师范类毕业生更是面临着严峻的就业形势,能否顺利就业很大程度上受到应聘者个人综合因素的影响.本文利用粗糙集理论对影响师范生就业的各种因素进行分析.首先,结合具体就业经历收集影响师范生就业的各种因素建立师范生就业模型,并对其做数据预处理构造师范生就业目标信息系统.其次,基于粗糙集理论对师范生就业目标信息系统进行属性约简,得到约简集.最后详细分析了影响师范生就业的关键因素,从而指导师范生培养和提高自身的能力.
In recent years, the employment rate of undergraduates has been declining. Particularly, the normal school students are facing with fierce competition in their employment. However, there often exist some kinds of uncertain influence factors of the employment. In this paper, we mainly analyze these uncertain influence factors existing in employment based on rough set theory. Firstly, combining with real experience of employment we collect the influence factors to construct an employment decision information system. Then we study attribute reduction and attribute characteristics in employment decision information system based on rough set theory. Finally, we analyze the key influence factors in employment, which can help normal school students improve their own ability.
