摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定苯酐中杂质马来酸酐含量的分析方法。样品用乙腈超声溶解,气相色谱仪检测,外标法定量。结果表明:目标物马来酸酐在0.25-15mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r为0.9998),仪器检测限为0.1mg/L(S/N=3);在高、中、低3个加标水平下,对样品进行加标回收实验,平均回收率为100.0%-103.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.93%-4.3%。本方法具有方便、快速、灵敏度高等特点,可用于苯酐中杂质马来酸酐含量的测定。
An analytical method using GC was established for the determination of the impurity of maleic anhydride in phthalic anhydride. The sample was dissolved in acetonitrile with ultrasonic processing, detected by GC and quantified by external standard method. The calibration curve for the target analyte was linear in the range of 0.25-15mg/ L (r=0.9997), the mean recovery of the compound for three different spiked levels were 100.0%-103.7%, with the relative standard deviation(n=6)0.84%-4.0%. The method can be applied to determine the maleic anhydride in phthalic anhydride, with easy operation, rapid speed and high sensitivity.
