基于工作的学习对于终身学习的贡献

摘要就基于工作的学习在人们的生活中所扮演的重要角色进行讨论。"工作场所"越来越被研究者和政策制定者看作是一个学习场所。基于此,介绍基于工作的学习的种类,以及怎样为学习而组织工作。同时指出,人们应该就基于工作的学习对于终身学习的贡献进行进一步的讨论。
