摘要
论述了水分活度的基本概念、测量方法和测量仪器以及其重要意义和相关应用,通过对不同测量方法的分析和比较,明确各种方法的优缺点,并对比国内外的测量仪,对国内的水分活度仪的研究提出不足,指明今后的研究方向。
This paper mainly discusses the basic concepts of water activity, measuring methods, measuring instruments, its important significance and related applications. By comparing and analyzing different measuring methods, makes the advantages and disadvantages of various methods clear. Comparing measuring instruments at home and abroad comes to conclusions that the domestic water activity of research is insufficient and points out the future research direction.
