摘要
采用超低甲醛树脂对棉织物进行防缩整理,通过试验分析树脂用量、催化剂用量、pH、焙烘温度和时间对织物缩水率、顶破强力、甲醛含量及色光的影响,并优化整理工艺条件。结果表明:棉织物防缩整理的优化工艺为:超低甲醛防缩树脂Reacel BA 6040g/L,催化剂MgCl2·H2O20%(对树脂质量),pH为4.5,175℃焙烘60s。在优化工艺条件下整理的棉织物,经纬向缩水率小于3%,甲醛含量低于75×10-6,顶破强力控制在300N以上,仍能保持织物应有的加工及服用性能。
The ultra-low formaldehyde resin was used for shrink-proof finish on cotton fabric. The effects of the dosage of resin, dosage of catalyst, pH, baking temperature and time on the shrinkage ratio, bursting strength, formaldehyde content, and chromatic light was analyzed through the experiment to obtain the optimum process. The results showed that the optimum shrink-proof finishing process of cotton fabric, ultra-low formaldehyde resin Reacel BA 60 40 g/L, catalyst MgCl2·H2O20%(on the weight of resin), pH 4.5, baked at 175℃ for 60 s, was achieved. The cotton fabric finished under optimum process, shrinkages of both weft-wise and warp-wise is less than 3%, formaldehyde content is less than 75 × 10-6, busting strength is controlled within 300 N, and it is still considered acceptable for processing and wearing performance.
