摘要
采用微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对七种食品和三种化妆品中Hg含量进行测定,讨论并确定了样品的预处理方法和还原剂浓度。结果表明,食品和化妆品中Hg的检出限为0.0100μg/L和0.0070μg/L,回收率为88.93%~107.75%,相对偏差为≤5.75%。该方法准确、灵敏、简便、快速,是测定食品和化妆品中Hg含量的理想方法。
In the paper,the mercury contents in seven kinds of foodstuffs and three kinds of cosmetics was determined by microwave digestion-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.We discussed and determined the effect of the sample pretreatment method and the concentration of reductant on mercury concentration.The results showed that the detection limit in the foodstuffs and cosmetics was 0.0100 μg/L and 0.0070 μg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was 5.75 % and 5.04 %,respectively.And the recovery of mercury in samples was 88.93 %~107.75 %.This method was high precision,high accuracy,fast and simple,and was an ideal way to detect the mercury content in foodstuffs and cosmetics.
