摘要
对滚齿机加工热变形现象及热变形对齿轮加工精度的影响进行分析和讨论。提出了一种滚齿机热误差的新型检测方案,该方案可全面、有效地检测出热变形引起的滚刀与加工工件位置偏差现象,这对滚齿机热变形分析及误差检测有重要的理论和实际意义。
The thermal deformation phenomenon of gear hobbing machine tools and the effect of gear machine accuracy caused by thermal deformation are analyzed. A novel thermal deformation error measurement scheme of gear hobbing machine tools is proposed, which can measure the position deviation between hobbing cutter and workpiece entirely and effectively, it is means significant in theory and practice.
