摘要
海外新建大型油田集中处理站系统复杂,功能完善,对可靠性、安全性的要求很高。RAM研究是管理与技术高度结合的多学科综合技术,包括可靠性、可用性及可维护性研究,可全面定性、定量地评价系统可靠性及其失效后产生的后果。建立完善科学的油田地面工程RAM研究方法和程序,并将其应用于大型集中处理站项目初步设计中,可指导关键设备选型及配置,优化工艺流程,制定合理运行维修方案,保证工程项目的经济效益。介绍了RAM研究的理论基础,并对海外大型油田集中处理站的应用实例进行了剖析,对同类项目具有一定的借鉴意义。
The requirement of reliability and safety was high for the central processing facility with complicated system and perfect function in newly built large-scale overseas oilfield.RAM was a multidisciplinary integrated technology with reliability,availability,and maintenance study,could be used to evaluate the consequences of failure through qualitative and quantitative methods.RAM method and procedure were established,and were applied in the preliminary design of the central processing facility,which would provide references for the selection of key equipment,optimization of the process,establishment of the reasonable operation and maintenance plan.The theoretical principle of the RAM was introduced,and the application of RAM to the preliminary design of the central processing facility in the large-scale overseas oilfield was analyzed,which would provide references for similar projects.
