摘要
玉米、秸秆被处理之后,根茬仍留在耕地中,影响后期的耕作及农作物播种。为达到保护性耕作的要求,设计出一种玉米根茬粉碎还田机械刀具系统,可将根茬粉碎于田间。该刀具系统由刀片、刀盘和刀轴组成。刀具刃口设计为阿基米德螺旋线,减少了切削阻力,提高了切削效率。刀盘布置为"倒W"排布,保证灭茬连续、无遗漏的同时使得径向跳动微小,并对其进行Pro/E 4.0建模,导入ANSYS 13.0/Workbench中,进行模态分析和应力分析和应变分析。分析结果表明,该刀具系统满足工作要求。该刀具系统的设计可为玉米的保护性耕作提供一定的理论依据。
When the corns are harvested and the stalks are dealt with, the stubble in the farm will influence the tillage and seeding of crops. In order to meet Conservation Tillage, a system of corn stubble smashing cutters is designed. The system is comprised of cutters, cutters disks and cutters shaft. The cutter edge curve is designed as Archimedes spiral, which decrease cutting resistance and improves cutting efficiency. The arrange of disks is similar to d" inverse W", which is benefit to the succession and no-leaving out when smashing and enables the diameter jump tiny. Modeling them with Pro/E, modal analysis, stress analysis and strain analysis are done after imported into ANSYS 13. O/Workbench. The design provides certain inference and theory basis for the Conservation Tillage of corn.
