摘要
将自激脉动燃烧技术应用于生物质燃烧,既能够提高生物质的燃烧效率,又能减少烟气污染物的排放量。针对生物质燃料与脉动燃烧设计中的问题,进行了有关生物质燃料脉动燃烧器设计的理论研究,分别对外形尺寸、炉膛结构、进料装置、炉箅子、清灰以及除渣装置等进行分析与设计。实验证明,所设计的燃烧器能够稳定与持续燃烧,炉膛温度保持在800~1 000℃之间,避免了高温结团和结渣的产生。
Pulse combustion technology used in biomass burning , can not only improve the combustion efficiency of bio- mass, but also reduce air pollution. The theoretical and experimental of the biomass fuel and pulse combustor design based on the problem of the two technologies, the analysis of the dimension, the structure of the furnace/feeding equip- ment/furnace comb, cleaning, be kept at 800 - 1 000℃ ,also slagging -break, was concluded it can burn avoid the pellet coagulation and slag in high stabilize and sustained , the temperature can temperature.
