摘要
针对凸轮机构运动平稳、结构简单的特点,采用凸轮机构作为高压柱塞水泵的动力端。推导出凸轮的轮廓曲线方程,通过CAXA生成凸轮曲线,并建立了高压柱塞水泵刚柔耦合模型。在ADAMS中对高压柱塞水泵进行了仿真分析,并总结了产生影响的规律,为设计高性能的高压柱塞水泵提供了技术支持。
The cam mechanism as power end of high - pressure plunger water pump is adopted based on the characteristics of steady movement and simple structure of cam mechanism. The profile curve equation of cam is derived. The profile curve of cam is produced by means of CAXA, and the rigid - flexible coupled model of high - pressure plunger water pump is estabhshed. The simulation analysis of high - pressure plunger water pump is carried out by means of ADAMS, and the influence law is summarized. Technical support for the design of high - pressure plunger water pump with high performance is provided.
