摘要
研究Lb.paracasei HD1.7菌株对小鼠免疫能力的调节效果。将新鲜菌液配制成浓度分别为2×106、2×108和2×1010cfu.mL-1的菌悬液对昆明种小白鼠进行灌胃,分别在灌胃后的第7、14、21、28 d检测免疫器官、免疫细胞和免疫分子的动态变化情况。结果表明,高剂量菌液组在灌胃28 d后,胸腺指数与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);灌胃7、14 d后,高剂量组小鼠的脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);灌胃高剂量菌液组在7、21、28 d显著(P<0.05)提高了小鼠嗜中性粒细胞还原NBT的能力和T淋巴细胞占淋巴细胞总数的百分率;以低、中、高剂量菌液灌胃7、14、21、28 d的各实验组小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能、脾脏T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和血清中的IgG与对照组相比数值都逐渐增加,但都无显著差异。综上所述,Lb.paracasei HD1.7具有一定的提高小鼠免疫功能的能力。
The moderating effect of immunocompetence of Lb. paracasei HD1.7 on mice was studied. Kunming mice were administered everyday by newly prepared bacterium suspension of Lb. paracasei HD1.7 with concentration of 2 × 10^6, 2× 10^8 and 2 × 10^10 cfu . mL^-1 respectively, the dynamic changes of immune organs, immune cells and im- mune molecule were tested on the 7th , 14th, 21th and 28th days respectively. The results demonstrated that there is significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) in thymus index of high dose group compared to the control group after adminis- trated 28 days with bacterium suspension. After administrated 7 and 14 days with bacterium suspension, there is significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in spleen index of high dose group compared to the control group. After adminis- trated 7, 14 and 28 days with high dose bacterium suspension of Lb. paracasei HD1.7, the ability of neutrophilic granulocyte of mice on reducing NBT is significantly improved and the proportion of T lymphocyte on total lympho- cyte increases. After administrated 7 to 28 days with low, medium and high dose of Lb. paracasei HD1.7, the relative values of Phagocytic function of Macrophage, T lymphocyte of spleen, B lymphocyte and IgG of serum increase gradually, but no significant difference can be observed.
