视听新媒体市场占有份额越来越大,如果访问质量不佳,会直接导致客户满意度下降。首先介绍面向用户的关键业务监测,然后讨论能影响访问质量的核心业务的关键性能指标,基于这些指标的业务监测能有效提高用户的满意度,并可促进运行维护的标准化。
New audio-visual media is growing in market share. If the access of poor quality,the satisfaction in customer is declined. Firstly,the key businesses monitoring oriented on customers is introduced,and then the key indicators which can affect the quality of access for the core business is discussed. The business monitoring based on these indicators can improve efficiently the satisfyingness of the customer,and be able to promote the standardization of operation and maintenance.
