摘要
儒学是仁学,儒家学说内蕴行为管理之"道"。儒学是"为己之学",儒家认为管理的最终目的是人生精神境界的提升,个体管理归根到底是如何做人的问题。团队管理的要诀在于"和",儒家和而不同、群而不党的思想既是团队建设的基本方针,也提示了团队管理的策略。儒家"忠""恕"二字道破了沟通的不二法门,而其"三贵之道"则揭示了人际沟通的要领,"政者,正也"直接指向领导影响力的来源。儒家的核心概念"义"、"仁"包含着对组织社会责任的深刻体认。儒家行为管理思想总体上具有管理与人生合一、人我合一、天人合一、"理性地适应世界"等特征。
Confucianism is by nature the doctrine of benevolence, which contains the "way" of behavioral management. Confucianism is a philosophy of "for oneself", for the Confueians believes that the ultimate purpose of management is to raise human spiritual state. And the problem of indi- vidual behavioral management can all be reduced to how to conduct oneself. The art of team man- agement lies in harmony; the idea of harmony but not uniformity and being sociable but not clannish held by Confueianists can be taken as the basic principle for team construction and as the strategy for team management. Confucian "loyalty" and "magnanimity" have revealed the truth of communica- tion, while its way of proper behavior offers the key to interpersonal communication. The Confucian's saying "administration depends on self cultivation" points directly to the source of leadership influence. Confueianists realize profoundly the social responsibility of organizations through the central ideas of Righteousness and Benevolence. Generally speaking, Confucian behavioral management idea has such characteristics as unity of management and life, unity of man and others, unity of heaven and man, and rationally adapting oneself to the world.
