摘要
聚磷菌是强化生物除磷系统中的主体,其代谢途径直接影响整个系统的性能。阐述了强化生物除磷系统中聚磷菌生化代谢途径及其特性的研究现状;重点对聚磷菌代谢过程中还原力的来源、糖原的代谢途径、TCA循环的3个模式以及PAO的代谢迁移展开讨论;最后提出了未来在聚磷菌代谢机制方面的研究方向和趋势。
Phosphate-accumulating organisms(PAO) are the key part in enhanced biological phosphorus removing systems. Their metabolic pathway can influence the performance of the whole system directly. The current research situation of metabolic pathway and characters of PAO in the enhanced biological phosphorus removing system is expounded. The source of reducing power,the metabolic pathway of glycogen,the three modes of TCA cycle and the metabolic shift of PAO during the metabolism process are discussed emphatically. At the end,the future direction and trend in the research on metabolic mechanism of phosphate-accumulating organisms are brought forward.
