煤层倾角对综采工作面底板卸压规律的影响

摘要 为了研究煤层倾角对综采工作面底板卸压规律影响,通过力学理论分析得出随着煤层工作面倾角的增大,其底板泄压深度呈减少趋势;运用FlAC3D数值模拟软件模拟了0°、15°、30°、45°时的工作面底板应力分布特征,以卸压系数达35%为界,得出了不同底板卸压深度,并根据不同倾角工作面底板煤岩体垂直应力及位移分布曲线,分析了底板应力释放与变形规律。以瓦斯突出煤层矿井为实际工程背景,验证了理论及数值模拟分析的正确性。 In order to study the effect of coal seam dip angle on floor pressure relief laws of fully mechanized mining face, through the mechanics theory analysis, it obtains that floor pressure relief depth presents a trend of decreasing as coal seam face angle increasing; using F1AC3D numerical simulation software, stress distribution characteristics of working face floor with different angle 0°, 15°,30°and 45°are simulated, and by making pressure relief coefficient 35 % as boundary, different depths of floor pressure relief are obtained, and according to vertical stress and displacement curves of different angle working faces floor mine rock, floor stress relief and deformation laws are analyzed. Taking gas outburst coal mine as practical engineering background, the correctness of theory and numerical simula- tion analysis are verified.
