摘要
复杂越岭山区,路网主骨架铁路坡度的选择具有重要的意义。结合阿富汗目前的经济发展水平和翻越兴都库什山复杂地形,以及本线作为沟通阿富汗国家南北地区的铁路主干线,在选择主要技术标准时,从适应地形、牵引能力及制动能力等多方面进行分析比选,推荐本线30‰的线路坡度及近期牵引质量为3000t,既能适应国家路网干线的功能,又能满足近远期运量的需求,对提升阿富汗的社会经济发展水平具有积极作用。该项铁路技术标准的选择在贫穷国家初期构建路网时具有非常重要的借鉴意义。
When passing through a complex mountain area,it is very important to select the reasonable gradient for the railway mainline.In this project,the present economical development level of Afghanistan was combined not only with the complex terrain of Hindu Kush Mountains but also with the actual situation of this railway which was intended to serve as a railway mainline to connect the north and south of Afghanistan.During selecting the main technical standard for this railway,the analysis and comparison were carried out from several aspects,such as the terrain adaptability,traction capacity,braking capacity and so on.As a result,the gradient of 30‰ with short-term traction weight of 3000 tons were recommended,which could not only adapt to the functions of the mainline of national railway network but also meet the requirement of transportation capacities for both short and long terms,giving a positive effect on society and economy development of Afghanistan.Moreover,the selection of railway technical standard for this project could provide reference for the initial stage of railway network construction in poor and backward country.
