摘要
CT图像中主动脉分割技术在临床医学诊断和定量分析研究过程中有着非常重要的意义。为了实现人体主动脉准确分割的目的,提出了一种联合C-V模型边界的区域分割算法。该算法以基于种子点的区域生长作为区域分割的生长方式,以C-V模型得到的最终演化轮廓曲线为约束条件,两者结合来达到分割主动脉区域的目的。实验过程中,将该算法与区域生长算法进行了精度对比,结果证明本分割算法的精度更高。
Segmentation of abdominal aorta is very important in clinical diagnosis and medical quantitative analysis.The aim of this study is to design a more accurate segmentation algorithm which can extract the region of aorta in CT images.This algorithm is a region segmentation algorithm which combines the C-V model boundary.The growing way of the algorithm is the seed-based region growing.The constraint condition is the final contours curve of evolution of the C-V model.The combination of the both can achieve the segmentation purpose of the aortic region.During the experiment,we compared our algorithm with the region growing algorithm and the results proved that the segmentation result of our algorithm is more accurate.
