摘要
本文建立了固相萃取-高效液相色法测定水中丙烯酰胺的方法。经过优化实验,最终方法确定使用Cleanert AcA固相萃取柱进行富集丙烯酰胺,同时去除水中的干扰物质;使用亲水的C18色谱柱,以水做流动相,对生活饮用水进行浓度分别为0.1mg/L、0.9mg/L的加标回收率实验,每个浓度共进行7组平行实验,相对标准偏差分别为4.8%、4.0%,回收率范围在87%~107%,最低检测限量浓度为0.1mg/L。将该方法应用于自来水厂水样的实际检测,结果表明该方法适合于水体中丙烯酰胺项目的检测。
A simple and sensitive solid phase extraction(SPE) coupled to high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method has been developed to quantify acrylamide in water.After a preconcentration by Cleanert AcA,analyte was chromatographed on Venusil MP C18 using water as the mobile phase.The mean recoveries of spiked samples at the levels of 0.1mg/L,0.9mg/L were in the range of 87%-107%,the relative standard deviations(n=7) were 4.8%,4.0%,respectively.The detection limit of acrylamide is 0.1mg/L.Applying this method to detect drinking water from waterworks,the results showed that the method is suitable for determining acrylamide in drinking water.
