摘要
对于16 mm厚度的钢板,在不开坡口且不清根的情况下,正、反面各焊一道就能保证焊透;按此推理,对于超过这个厚度的钢板开Y形或X形坡口留根16 mm的钢板,在不清根的情况下,正、反面各焊一道也就能保证焊透。而实际操作过程中,不可能焊透,通过试验及理论数据对此进行分析。
The steel plate of 16 mm thickness without groove, not gouging, can be welded penetrating single run from both sides. Accordingly, it can be reasoning that the more thicker steel plate with Y or X groove and 16 mm root, without gonging, can be welded penetrating single run from both sides too. But it is impossible in actual operation process. The above causes were analyzed in terms of experimental and theoretical data.
