摘要
新建地方普通本科院校在我国高等教育中占据重要地位,提升地方普通本科院校的核心竞争力与办学质量是全面提高高等教育质量的重要举措和关键。如何通过加强学科建设来提高师资队伍水平,提高人才培养质量,产生高水平的科研成果,增强服务社会的能力,准确学校办学定位、加强学科资源和内涵建设是提高地方高校核心竞争力的根本途径和策略。
The newly-upgraded local college plays an important role in the higher education of China and its core competitiveness and quality are the key factors to elevate the overall quality of higher education.The fundamental approach to and strategy for increasing the core competitiveness are to elevate teachers' proficiency,promote students' cultivation quality,make high-level scientific achievements,enhance the ability to serve the society,clarify school orientation,and strengthen the construction of subject resources and connotations through strengthening the subject construction.
