摘要
125Ⅰ粒子源近距离放射治疗在肿瘤治疗中已经广泛应用,Monte Carlo模拟技术能准确地计算出125Ⅰ粒子源靶区的剂量分布,使治疗效果更好。该文主要介绍Monte Carlo在放射治疗中常用的三种代码(MCNP、EGS、DPM)及用Monte Carlo进行剂量参数模拟计算的方法,表明Monte Carlo模拟计算应用在临床的125Ⅰ放射治疗中对于如何准确确定治疗剂量具有重要意义。
The ^125I seed brachytherapy source has been widely employed in the cancer treatment, and Monte Carlo simulation technique can accurately calculate the target dose distribution of ^125I seed source, which can realize better treatment effect. Here describes the Monte Carlo simulation in ^125I radiotherapy applications, 3 kinds of Monte Carlo codes( MCNP, EGS, DPM)used in radiotherapy and the method of simulation calculation of the dose parameters, which is very significant for accurately determining the therapeutic dose in clinieal radiotherapy.
