摘要
发展为了幸福,权利保障幸福。置身"后发展时代"的当代中国社会,基于一种轮廓明晰的"主体性中国"塑造的理论期望,坚定地以民生本位的治理方略,开始理智地反思"财富最大化与精神生活空疏化"内在背离的根由,以民众集体之勇毅向善的"正能量",勇敢对抗、抵制现代性文化制导下资本与财富逻辑之强制性奴役,着力解决社会发展过程中民众对公共服务和公共福利之最大化吁求与制度无法满足民众这一需求之间的矛盾与冲突。这是一种新质的公共性社会实践,深刻地标志着一种普遍而真实的权利正义诉求基础上的"幸福中国"的新价值叙事。是文明进程中华夏民族向社会发展和变迁之初始动机和永恒目标——依照"人的方式"解放人、发展人、实现人的回归之豪迈宣言,已经并正在实际构成当代中国新历史理性生成过程中,"美好生活"时代之共同体的伦理文化吁求的必然的实践逻辑和价值期许。
Tbe purpose of development is happiness and the right ensures happiness. In the contemporary Chinese society of the ＂post - development era＂, based on the theoretical expectations of Chinese subjectivity, people began to rationally reflect on the reason of the intrinsic deviation of the wealth maximization and the spiritual emptiness based on the management of the standard of the people＇s livelihood strategy. With the collective braveness and be- ing good for the good positive energy and the fight against the bondage of the enforceability of the modern culture under the guidance of capital and wealth slavery , focus should be laid on solving the contradictions and conflicts of maximum appeal of the public for developing the public service and public welfare and the system that can＇t meet the people＇s appeal This is a new qualitative common social practice which deeply designates new values of ＂the Chinese happiness＂ on the basis of wide spreading and real rights and justice. This is the initial motivation and e- ternal goal to social development changes of the Chinese nation in the process of civilization according to bold decla- ration to liberate and develop people. This is the certain practical logic and value expectations of community ethics cultural appeal in the rational process of generating China＇s new history.
