摘要
试验研究了石膏对掺高钙粉煤灰的水泥水化的影响。结果表明,石膏可以促进掺高钙粉煤灰水泥基材料的水化,但也会导致其自由膨胀率增大,石膏掺量过大时还会使其早期强度下降,但对后期强度影响不大。在利用高钙粉煤灰作为水泥混合材料或混凝土掺合料时必须通过试验确定适宜的石膏掺量,以达到最佳的力学性能和好的体积稳定性。
The influences of gypsum on the hydration process of blended cement with high calcium fly ash were studied with experiments in this paper. It has been discovered that gypsum can promote the hydration of this blended cement, but can lead to increasing the free expansion ratio of this blended cement. If the adding amount of gypsum is too big the early strength may be decreased, but the longer strengths are nearly not affected. When the high calcium fly ash is used as cement mixtures or concrete mixing materials we must determinded the proper amount of gypsum admixtures based on the results of experiments in order to realize the best physical properties and good volume stability.
