摘要
采用新型复合溶剂对油浆抽提,对所得富饱和烃的抽余油及其掺炼油进行FCC反应,考察了产品分布、目标产物产率随工艺条件的变化规律,以及最佳反应条件下裂化产品的主要性质。结果表明,抽余油具有良好的FCC性能,其最佳反应条件为,剂油比6.0、反应温度520℃、重时空速12.0 h-1;抽余油掺炼重油的比例应小于30%,掺炼油目标产物产率以及汽油和柴油性质与重油FCC反应的结果相当。
A new kind of compound solvent is used in the extraction of oil slurry. The FCC reaction is conducted on the raffinate which is enriched with satisfied hydrocarbon and mixing oil. The product distribution, target product yield and main properties of cracking product under the best condition are studied. The experimental results indicate that the raffinate oil has a fine FCC performance and its optimal reaction conditions are shown as follows :6.0 of catalyst to oil, 520℃ of reaction temperature and 12. 0 h -1 of weight hourly space velocity. The mixing ratio of raffinate oil with reduced crude oil should be less than 30%. The target product yield and properties of gasoline and diesel oil of mixing oil are the same as those of reduced crude oil.
