摘要
对国内不同厂家生产的低氮燃烧器进行特点比较,分析说明各自燃烧器的设计特点,如空气分级比例、燃烬风和二次风布置位置以及还原区的高度等。并通过性能试验数据分析说明各自燃烧器在降低氮氧化物排放方面的不同,以及对锅炉运行指标等参数的影响。通过比较得到,等离子双尺度低氮燃烧器在降低氮氧化物排放和保持锅炉经济性方面存在较大的优势。
On the basis of the comparison of Low-NOx Combustors produced by different manufacturers in China, this paper analyzes their design features in terms of air proportion, position of SOFA and secondary air and reduction sec- tion height, etc. Then the performance testing data are analyzed to explain their respective capacity of reducing NOx and influence on the boiler operation parameters. The comparative research indicates that the plasma and double scale low-NOx combnstor is superior in reducing NOx and keeping the boiler's economy.
