摘要
随着信息技术的发展,电子商务对专业市场传统交易模式带来一定冲击。本文基于产品特性和交易群体异质性视角,深入剖析两者在专业市场发展电子商务过程中的制约影响。研究表明,电子商务不具备取代专业市场传统交易方式的技术基础,两者融合发展才是我国传统专业市场的最优策略选择;专业市场与电子商务的融合发展应在重视交易群体意愿的基础上,因地制宜的稳步推进。文章以"绍兴轻纺城"与"义乌小商品城"电子商务发展为例,实证检验了相关理论。
Along with the development of information pact on the traditional specialized market. Based on the technology, the e-business is starting to make product features and the heterogeneity of the an imo trading group, the paper analyzes the restricts and influences of the growth in electronic commerce. The study found that the linkage development between e-business and specialized market is the optimal choice for the traditional spe- cialized market. It should be imperative to pay more attention to the trading group in the process of e-business development. Furthermore, it should be according to local conditions. Finally, the article takes the"Shaoxing Chi- na Light & Textile Industrial City" and "Yiwu China Commodity City" as a case, empirically tests the theory.
