摘要
[目的]观察温肺止流丹、穴位药物注射联合西药治疗变应性鼻炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,治疗期间停止服用与抗过敏有关的中西药物。对照组50例氯雷他定片,10mg/次,1次/d,晨起半小时后口服。治疗组50例①温肺止流丹(黄芪、防风、当归、细辛、白芷、辛夷、牡蛎、炙甘草中药提纯颗粒)各一包。倒入200mL开水调匀,口服,1次/d。②穴位注射采用迎香、肺俞穴,各注射丹参针2mL,2次/周,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、体征积分、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效26例,无效6例,总有效率84.00%。对照组显效4例,有效30例,无效16例,总有效率68.00%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);停药1个月随访,有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组症状、体征积分均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]温肺止流丹、穴位药物注射联合西药治疗变应性鼻炎,疗效及维持效应较单服西药长,毒副作用少,值得临床推广。

[ Conclusion ] Warming lung stop flow Dan, point injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, curative effect and the maintenance effect than single Western clothes long, less toxic side effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
